Weekly Blotter Information

Our weekly list of calls, or our "Blotter", is our way of communicating with the people of Winnebago exactly what is happening in the Village.  By providing information on crimes that have been committed, we have an increased chance of solving these crimes and even preventing them.  As you read our blotter, please keep in mind that ALL SUSPECTS ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.  Also, if you have any information regarding incidents listed in the blotter, please contact us at 815-335-2351 between 9am and 3pm Monday through Friday.

Introducing Blotter Bits!

Over the past couple of months, we have included a small informational article at the end of each blotter as a way to further educate Winnebago residents about Village Ordinances and the Criminal Justice System.  Because of increased interest, we have made them into a separate document and included the links below.
