Officer Alan Nylund is the newest addition to the Winnebago Police Department, graduating from the Police Training Institute in March of this year.  Officer Nylund served in the United States Marine Corps for 5 years active duty prior to entering the communications industry.  He decided to enter law enforcement because he enjoys meeting new people and helping them out. 

In his spare time, you can find him studying to complete his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, or hanging out with his family.
